What kind of measure is this for health? (pic related)

I'm almost 30, slightly overweight, and rarely go 24 hours without consuming either a 5th of vodka or a couple bottles of Robitussin and I can still run a mile in under 8 minutes.

Who comes up with these fitness standards?

Marketers, marketing to retards, on the internet, in an ad, not even real standards, it's an ad, ads lie or use hyperbole. Are you new or something?

While you keep complaining about ads, I'll enjoy my free Razor phone and $10,000 a week.

6 miles and 30 seconds a mile, or, whatever, 6 and 7; 5 and 8. I've been trying to get to that point for a long time now it seems.

I've been waiting to start seriously pushing myself to that point until I've lost enough fat to avoid the possibility of hurting my joints and running out of breath carrying extra weight bouncing around. I've been losing enough weight and maintaining enough muscle already to finally be able to do a proper pull-up. So I have a good feeling about this. I, however, have been laughably lacking in my stretching exercises.

it is actually a pretty gud measure, considering most people overweight/smoker/sedentary wouldn't be able to achieve that easily

and considering cardio endurance has direct correlation with hearts diseases and issues, it is indeed a good superficial measure of health
