You could be sweating for any number of reasons, but if a single definitive and direct cause is elusive, you may need to reconsider your entire diet and lifestyle and follow general strategies for metabolic improvement. Excessive sweating is also seen in hypercortisolism (Cushing's syndrome). Low carb diets will exacerbate the problem by ensuring the elevated cortisol is a chronic state, as cortisol is produced in response to low blood sugar in order to raise blood sugar back to sufficiency through gluconeogenesis. Disruption of the thyroid axis, deficiency of diet, or endurance/anaerobic/hyperventilation exercise for a long enough period can result in the body switching to a secondary mode of metabolism where cortisol and adrenaline are the primary drivers of continued activity and survival.
Injection of poison to create inflammation and mutilating your armpits sounds barbaric, almost as if you are being preyed upon by opportunistic jackals that are trying their best to convince you to resort to helplessness and submission to their authority so they can get to your wallet before your ignorance is cast aside. That you've been trying all kinds of stuff for years without success sounds like someone that has been trying to hit the moon with a rock by throwing it for years. Not only does it sound pitiful, but the implication seems to be that you didn't learn the first thing about the moon before throwing rocks. Alas, this isn't a moral shaming, as if you were deprived of any good information, it would take any normal man without resources such as books, libraries, schools, etc much effort, time, and ingenuity to understand the nature of the moon without standing on the shoulders of giants. If only there was a fountain of truth and wisdom from which you could frequently drink, then one day you might send that rock to the moon riding on a rocket.
