It ended up on /k/? It should still be in the thread here. Yeah it was a branch, and I ended up slipping a disc. The doctor wanted surgery, but when I was in the hospital in the mitary I saw what happened to people who got blown up and had back surgery. It never worked, they were always in pain, and they ended up becoming fat drug addicts.
I had to take three months off to give myself some time to recover. I got fat as fuck. However I started over again with all my lifts from the bar. I focused on perfect form and slow measured movement. My back is stronger than it was before and other than an occasional twinge that will make me sleep on the floor every couple of months I am doing fine.
