I'm 5'11" and I was under 140lbs four months ago, now I am nearing 160. My main sources of calories are whole milk, nut butters, pizza, homemade smoothies, and rice. I also eat a lot of meat, eggs, fruits, and vegetables. Being fit is as much about being healthy as it is about looking healthy. You don't need to "dirty bulk," it's more expensive and harmful to your health. And while calories alone can decide whether you gain weight, where that weight ends up depends largely on your hormones, which are best when you're eating right and sleeping enough. I've maintained a low bodyfat percentage so far during my clean bulk, despite gaining 20lbs. It really doesn't take that long, just be patient for a year or two.
