Hey /fit. New fag here with some questions.

For the past few weeks I have fallen into a really bad habit.

I will eat good for a whole week, I'm talking no junk food/soda or anything and at one point of the week ill go out with friends or even just by myself ill eat an ungodly amount of junk food.

And Im not talking like "oh I had 3 cookies instead of the one that I planned". Looking around me at the wrappers I have now, its

-1 dozen donuts

-2 (family size) bags of chips

-4 cans of salsa

-1 2 liter of Diet Coke

-1 small milkshake

-Chic-Fil-A sandwich wrapper.

This Friday/weekend celebration is absolutely ruining any progress I made through the week.

It happens before I realize. Is there anything I can do beside simply "not doing it". At this point it feels like an addiction.

Tie a string around your dominant hand's index finger as a reminder, or maybe get a bracelet. If you keep forgetting, you need something to remind you.

or get an anal plug and stick it up your ass that ought to help you remember, just stop fucking eating you stupid fuck

Jesus, are you trying to eat yourself to death?

I do the weekend cheat days too, and it fucks me up good, but likely I'm still eating under macros

You could try intermittent fasting. For it to work you still need to count calories and make healthy food choices, but you get to eat until you fill like you are going to burst so it satisfies the binging urge. It is even better because most healthier foods are lower calories so you might actually eat a higher volume of food.

This, keep a physical reminder on hand. It really does help.

Also try cutting out one item per week instead of everything at once.

This

I eat a few small meals then a big one. So 1500 kcal over 4 or 5 small meals then a big 1200 kcal meal. Really helps keep cravings and binges down.

>>125000

How about either. How about gains now and gains later.

Shit I used to have the binge eating problem. I still eat too much occasionally. But I have this problem now where my stomach has really shrank and whenever I eat too much, I get nauseous for the next few hours. Simply the discomfort of over eating keeps me from eating too much these days.

I suggest you just not buy anything good for a long time. You won't binge on stuff you'd rather not eat. Just stir fry some cabbage with meat and have it with rice. You'll be so bored you'll hate eating.

Don't go or stop overspending you consumercuck

>just by myself

Kill yourself then you stupid piece of shit.

That's not a "oh god I accidentally made a mistake" that's just you being a fatass.

Be fucking guilty and disgusted by that food.

>big 1200 kcal meal

AHahahahaha what meme did you fall for?

The starving calorie one, the "cutting" one, the cardio kills gains one, or the keto one? Multiple?

A big meal is 2000-3000kcal minimum.

>>125064

Lol but it doesn't work.

Women don't fuck autistic spazzes with fit bodies.

The only use for lifting for girls is if those girls are little girls and you need to be trusted by their parents/society, as that's the only thing it really helps is general non-creepy image of people/autists.

>>125043

Alternatively you can just eat vegan as it's so goddamn high fiber you won't be able to binge hard enough unless you use oil.

Everything has either tons of water or fiber, so even if you sit down and eat as many beans on tortillas that you can you can't really get up there, and best of all, the binge is probably healthy.

You can fill yourself to explosion with no real issue, and every day, and probably stay under 3000kcal if you really want.

Lol no they don't.

Unless you're super autistic but somehow balls up to go to a club and fuck sluts, it ain't happening.

>>125075

Lol what did you eat?

Dead animals and huge amounts of dairy?

Fell for the GOMAD meme?

 No.125104

When you are in the "feeling guilty" stage of the cycle write down how bad you feel. Then when you get to the "get in control" stage write down that you're not going to binge/overeat. Write this down on a sticky note and stick it to the bag of chips, box of donuts, whatever. Then when you have the desire to eat again, look at the note and recall how you felt, imagine how you'll feel again.

This is just a coping mechanism though. The real problem is the physical or emotional needs leading to your inability to restrict and the feelings of guilt in response to the misplaced sense of failure in the face of needs that are stronger than you. What you need to do if you really want to fix it is to figure out what causes you the need to binge/overeat and fix that. Then it won't push you to binge, you won't feel guilty, and the rest of the cycle will collapse.
