What are the best ways of working out without a partner? I'm so used to working out with a partner I don't really know what to do without a spotter. The only thing I do is pic related but other then that I'm lost.

Don't lift too heavy on things that put you at risk, or do hypertrophy at lower weight if worried about gains.

Only lift you really need a spotter for is bench if over 2pl8. Under 2pl8 just do a roll of shame if you fuck up. Supplement with DB chest exercises like flyes if worried you didn't make enough gains without a spotter.

Pretty much just listen to your body and do more variations if lifting alone, OP.

You shouldn't need a spotter except when you test your maxes, which shouldn't happen more than a few times per year.

Unless you have autism and can't manage to go to the gym alone, just go to the gym, do your sets and leave again.

Or are you so retarded that your problem is that you can't think of anything to do without your partner telling you, i.e. you have no program and are just fucking around in the gym, in which case you should read the fucking sticky.
