Hmm.. I think of that every time before I start training. Thought I probably was the only one. I find it kinda disgusting to workout with tons of shit in your body, and therefore I usually do weightlifting more than bodyweight exercises I enjoy to poop before start training.

Pooping before a workout puts you at risk of the Gains Goblin Turd: That poop with a soft tail that you can never quite finish shitting out, making you spend half an hour changing stance on the pot, constantly trying to get that last chunk out, and wiping up until your hands are covered in shit and your asshole bleeds. You can't get 100% clean no matter how much you try. God forbid you try to rush one of these out so you can get going with your workout; you'll catch a whiff of shit as soon as you get into a squatting position. If you fight through it and your ass starts to sweat, it's streak city inside your undies.

Hold it if you can hold it. The longer you fight the Gains Goblin Turd, the harder it is when you finally dump ass and the easier it is to wipe up.

I've been pulling four sets of 25 reps a day with 15 pounds dumbbells focusing on every muscle groups complemented with 21 minute walks/runs while eating at least 3k calories. I've been shitting foot long turds for the past week. Shit's dope.

Up to 20 pounds now, with 150 reps, however many sets I feel like.

0:30-1:00 hour walk/runs

Some bodyweight stuff as well.

I stopped pooping logs now that I've run out of vegetables. Looks like I'll have to go shopping again soon.
