I've seen a guide about that somewhere, but I don't have it on me. What I do is, I take a razor or exacto knife and make a cut on my palm. It doesn't have to be deep at all. Or, I've seen people take a razor and shave over a patch of skin that is covered in goosebumps. Make sure to sterilize the razor or whatever you use before and after the cut, and the cut itself.
You could also use a ritual dagger, if you want.
