In my experience the only people who actually believe in a gender war are the most unfuckable people of both genders. Walking textbook mommy/daddy issues. What a coincidence that it's usually some unpleasant fat fuck who thinks the opposite sex is the devil or that being pineapplegender is a real personality. If things seem bad to you, get off of social media, stop reading the news, and go out and talk to people. You’ll find ordinary people are the nicest and fairest to each other at this moment in time, compared to the rest of history - regardless of gender or race. Sure, finding a long term partner is a pain in the arse since the average person seems to be trash; but it's always been a pain finding long term partner to build your life with. But the average person isn't some screeching harridan, the average man isn't some MRA who wants to slap a bitch. I have never met an SJW or alt-righter or whatever Gen A scapegoat buzzword in real life, because most of the time, they only exist as boogeymen among terminally online jackasses. There also seems to be this insane idea you need to talk about important shit with people you meet; you don't. The only people that constantly want to talk politics are people you want to avoid. Just shoot the shit with randoms, have a laugh and relax. Everyone is pretty chill. When talking to literally anyone just don't care, chill and enjoy yourself. There is no need to try and 'redpill the normies' or 'preach to the cishetscum' or whatever. If you're political, then do political shit with other politspergs. You are not obliged to have deep conversations with randoms. It's not hard to just talk to literally anyone.
