Your best bet is some SMALL discord servers but they get taken down quite fat I am out of the loop now and would like to know myself.
You could always join sanctioned suicide or any pro self harm forums and get to know people hoping to get an invite to their chat rooms but sanctioned suicide is reddit tier

Nearly everyone on discord is a massive faggot or tranny so good luck.
I ran into someone that would do self harm art and ran servers like that so just getting to know others is good enough.
