This isn't true. There is not a single nutrient found in meat that isn't found in a non-animal product, and that includes b12. Anything containing cholesterol is bad for you, since there are no upsides to dietary cholesterol.

Cereal and non-dairy milk contain b12, and there are plenty of b12 supplements available to common people.

For the record though, I'm not a vegan. I eat meat, and enjoy it.

Windows 10 has government spyware and backdoors which can't be disabled through normal human means, and a few that can just to throw you off. This has been proven several times.
