I suggest MuPDF.
It's very lightweight (33 MB), supports most of the popular e-book formats (except for DjVu afaik - there might be a plugin though, or you can just use ghostscript or imagemagick to convert DjVu to pdf), and has some neat tricks, like vim-esque keybindings, page rotation, fit-to-width/height, and color inversion - pic related.
Color inversion is mostly what make me stick with it. The keybidning for it is "I".
