To keep a long story short, my whole life I've tried to be big and strong, just like all the men in my family. However even after years of working out, and avoiding anything remotely close to having high estrogen levels, I've developed a body which has attracted many boys. You say you've spent years "working out" but you're still a doughboy. I don't buy it. Even if you had a body type not conducive to building bulky muscles, any type of significant exercise would still have made you lean and sinewy. Something isn't adding up unless you're still 14.
My suggestion is to take up swimming, and be serious about it. Get a coach or trainer or whatever, someone to motivate you to get in the pool every day. You'll have the body of a Greek god by the end of the summer.
