Interesting you say this.
Lots of these hip and trendy companies, usually tech related, have these "corporate cool words" that staff are encouraged to use in professional context.
It both infantilises the worker so they feel youthful at the company and work longer/better thinking any other job would be worse, and also desensitises them to what they do.
For example, OP image 4 shows them wanting to persecute someone, but instead of calling it that, they call it "standing up for googley values".
Also, when it leaks/they release these words to the public, the average idiot thinks it's cute and that the company must be nice and fun.
Amazon does the same, and lots of those vegan/trendy food brands do the same.
Very similar to cult mentality, but I guess if you get a wage it doesn't count.
