2. No video games.

5. No leftist media/talking points. If you're deep in a cult, I think it's healthy to go a few months/years without hearing the constant reinforcement.

6. Force him to get a job. Idealy, one where he needs to use his mind and his body. He is not so intelligent that the job needs to be very intellectual, but he's intelligent enough that he needs at least a bit of intellectual stimulation.

7. Get him a personal trainer. Make sure he trains enough to be addicted to the adrenaline rush.

8. Fix his diet.

9. Force him to interact with people often, until he learns how to do it by himself.

Unfortunately this might crush his independence a bit, so I don't know if it's that good of an idea. He probably has a need to feel like he has a certain amount of control (most people do), and it would be best if he got to a point where he took the initiative of an healthy lifestyle for himself.

From my understanding, Jahans isn't even addicted to video games in general. He just obsesses over Skyrim. Much like he isn't deeply into Sci-Fi as a genre and just fixates on Doctor Who.

I found it had to be limited to 0.5M otherwise youtube disconnects you after a while. The video codes are saved in text files which can be diffed with other people to find any that are missing.
