It's a whole mixture of things; people have been telling stories and listening to the media about him that they view him as a boogeyman. Holy fuck i didint know that shit. So basically she didint even try to show up at events and interact with her own base. I know she was sick and dealing with the FBI but she was truly lazy. Not really. They can't recount Pennysylvania, because there's not one form you can file for a recount. Apparently you have to go to each and every county and petition for a recount and they'll only grant it if the petitioner even has a chance of winning. Jill Stein got less votes than Harambe the Gorilla, to put that in perspective. I think at some point in the process you also have to go up in front of a court and present a prima facie (slightly less than proving it beyond a reasonable doubt) for why fraud probably occurred which, judging by several factors in this, Jill Stein does not have.

All the votes need to be certified by December 13th so that the electoral college can vote by December 19th. A hand count would mean that everyone at every county clerk's office in Wisconsin would have to work nights and weekends recounting ballots to do it in time for the deadline. And they're going to this for Stein? Who, again, got less votes than a joke write-in candidate? Yeah, I don't see that happening.
