Over all, CWC is now clearly in the worst situation someone like him can get, and he's still got his stupidity, laziness and ego with him. He's suffering but he doesn't know it, and will soon die a slow and painful death from all of this as a result.

Here in America it generally depends on the quality of the education system, but our idea of special ed is to throw anyone with disabilities into an isolated room or school even if it's for a relatively minor disability. We don't have a lot of proper inclusion opportunities for disabled students as they are either thrown into the regular classes or isolated altogether. Unfortunately it has changed over the years so incorporating minor disabilities into regular classes is waning and they're treated the same as a very low functioning disabled person.

If you look at CWC from an economic standpoint, it must be a terrible place to live.
