any tips for batch cooking?
Cooking 9+ chicken breats in the oven after loading with herbs etc but still has a slight chicken fat taste to it.

not sure what chicken fat tastes like but that many chicken breasts will produce a lot of water so I would set them up on a rack with a sheet of aluminum under the rack. This way they will roast instead of boilor steam. I only use chicken thighs as well they have more taste and are never dry.
