ITT: OP spergs out over nothing.

I ache inside whenever I see a gluten free label on a product that shouldn't have any in the first place (yadda yadda I know they get made in "GF facilities" that are cleaner and more controlled)

Consuming fat gets your gut enzymes pumped to break down fat. This is a good thing. Just reduce a bit of carbs for the day and dig in! Fat is flavor. "Low fat" is usually pumped up with extra carbs to compensate.

Eating "Low Fat/Diet" if you aren't careful, can actually fatten you up pretty quick. It's all corn syrup anyway. :)

This makes me so fucking angry. 99% of the yogurt in the shops here in Australia are all 'low-fat' too.

Theres only two brands I ever see on the shelf that have both fat and live cultures and they cost an arm and a leg.

Less satisfaction leads to excessive consumption.

I cut out all simple carbs like-

>all types of potato

>all types of corn

>wheat (wont eat bread or pasta even if whole grain and brown)

>white or brown rice

>most white things

because they make me get very fat very fast

I still eat oats because they don't make me gain weight

instead I eat complex carbs with color like black beans or dark red kidney beans, and I eat loads of raw nuts and seeds and avocado and cold pressed unrefined coconut oil. I never cook fats because that turns them into bad fats and it makes me gain weight.

I'm a skinny vegan

>What was that!

>SOMEone said ORGHANIC! OH SHIT! what is that mean!?

>gluten!? AHH!! what? WHO!! WHERE!!

>who's behind me!

>who keeps saying this shit!

I will explain it for you. I can understand if alot of idiots spew this shit not knowing what it means and give it a bad name. bad companies also spew this shit trying to take advantage and sell overpriced shit as well.

>Organic

if you are referring to certified organic fruits and vegetables for example, then I know what that means.

Basically corporations wanted to make more money so corporations like monsanto genetically modified crops so they could spray even more pesticides on them than conventional varieties already did. It wasn't enough for them to use a small amount of pesticide, but now we are eating gmo crops with extra poison on them.

>free range

bullshit, only an advertising buzzword term. chickens are tortured like every other farm animal.

>nongluten

you mean gluten free? some people get really fucked up by that shit, and alot of people fake it to try to sound cool. I personally never had a problem with it but I avoid many foods like wheat that happen to contain it because those foods just happen to make me gain weight unnecesarily, and I eat more nutrient dense alternatives.

>nonfat

that's also bullshit. one product says low fat and has a bunch of corn syrup on the back label, the other says sugar free and is full of aspartame, the other says low sodium and is full of fat. That is mainstream sheep brainwashing shit. that's why uninformed people are usually very unhealthy.

 No.9795

forgot to explain the rest of organic:

so basically, organic became popular because it offered quality and safety at better standards below the badness level of the original conventional varieties. people eat organic because they want to eat as close as possible to what was originally normal for thousands of years. it's not perfect, but it's way better than being guaranteed to eat loads of poison.

many people have difficulty navigating wholefoods without getting screwed. you just have to be honest and straight forward with yourself and be patient as you look around the store. organic oats are a good deal at wholefoods. organic peas are okay price but could be better. organic canned beans are an excellent price. organic dry beans are an even better price than canned but you have to cook it yourself.
