When investigating alleged contradictions, the challenge is to prove that any two statements necessarily contradict one another, not only that they could be interpreted as contradictory.
I'll look at the first one
This guy argues that the Jeremiah passage is really using hyperbole when taken in context, the anger doesn't actually last forever because the people obviously don't live forever

I think that there is no contradiction because the Micah passage isn't speaking in application of all anger God ever feels, the anger that doesn't last forever is the anger against those who He pardons:
>Micah 7:18 NASB — Who is a God like You, who pardons iniquity
>And passes over the rebellious act of the remnant of His possession?
>He does not retain His anger forever,
>Because He delights in unchanging love.
He freely offers forgiveness of sins for whosoever will ask for it (faith), and those are the people about whom He does not retain His anger forever
>2 Chronicles 7:14 NASB — and (if) My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
No contradiction here
