And you forgot the ending of Matthew 5:22, which does prohibit malicious name-calling. Romans 13 does not say that it is a sin. And it only refers to the authorities at that time, which God created. And the ending of Matthew 5:22 specifies calling someone worthless is only a crime of the courts, but calling them a fool is a crime to the Lord. It doesn't specify about fag.

The moral questions between that and an end user viewing material without paying are different and should not be conflated.
I will argue that the end user situation is not tantamount to stealing guild secrets because a film is specifically designed to be widely viewed on an online platform. A guild secret is a secret because an end user can't work backwards to find out the secret after buying a product.
Such secrets should still not be considered liable to "theft", because theft in biblical useage always refers to a removal of the physical.
