Now the science can answer any question about our world and ourselves, about how it works. and when it comes to maintaining the structure of society we have the laws and different organisms to enforce it.

You do realize you need an interpretive tradition to understand the Torah, right? For example, without an oral Torah (Mishnah) how would we ever be able to know if חלב means milk or fat in the case of Devarim (Deuteronomy) 14:21? Well we know it is milk because of what has been handed down to the rabbis instead of individual interpretation which can read either milk or fat. The Talmud explains this in tractate Sanhedrin. I suggest you actually read it before you go off on your antisemitic /pol/-tier rants. It explains why G-d gave both a written and oral Torah, and the purpose of the oral Torah is to explain the written Torah.
