Stupid argument since you're appealing to legal formalisms that could easily be changed such that they didn't conflict with the porn industry. If the laws were more biased towards them, they wouldn't be constantly litigated against; some method of proving their legality might easily be devised, and if the legal formalisms of things like "consent" are changed they might not even be problematic for the industry (furthermore, your argument implies that the worst filth imaginable like these porn studios produce becomes morally licit so long as all involved "consent". Did I wander into reddit?). Porn should be illegal because it's an unalloyed evil that damages everyone involved and has no benefit, that would also be extremely easy to limit the reach of.
