A human being born intersex is rare, even if this would happen there will be appropriate measures taken that do not diminish the child his or her life.
The likelihood this child will eventually be unable to have his or her own children is tough enough to deal with.
In the rest of the cases, you are not the victim here, please be careful with treating the child "different" because they are different.
They are still human beings.

(Jesus is our Sabbath)
John 3:16-17
If anyone ever pulls up Deuteronomy 23:1 to you, you can tell them to bugger off, Jesus entered the Holy assembly of the Lord, and if we are in Jesus Christ, then we are also in the Father.
Jesus covers us, so also those who are intersex.
We shall all receive new bodies without corruption, unaffected by sin, in our resurrection.
