and while i can understand that you have a lot of things you want to talk about, there are already several other threads on the topics you have an interest in

you could have got involved in that discussion after a very quick search for other conversations on the same theme
instead of that, and for some unknown reason you decided that there needs to be another thread on the exact same subject
a lot of us have spent years on the *chans, and if there's one thing that's seen as impolite on slower boards than /b/, it's when a person doesn't 'lurk moar' so as to get an understanding of the speed of the board, what has already been said on a topic and whether there is already a thread about that topic
