Your pic however is not really a valid argument, for the simple reason that Biblical Ethiopia is not equal to the borders of the modern country (why would even you think it was?), it included a much wider area including southern Arabia such as Yemen. There were even Biblical Jews living there according to Acts, as we find that the Ethiopian eunuch who was travelling back to his home country was one of them. In Acts 2:5, it is mentioned that there were at that time many Jews out of "every nation" gathered to Jerusalem. The eunuch is converted by Philip and baptized in Acts 8:27-38. In Acts 8:27, it says of the eunuch that he "had come to Jerusalem for to worship." This is because he was one of the Jews out of the nation to the south (ancient "Ethiopia") located in modern-day Yemen.
We know he could not be a Biblical Gentile as well because we see that Peter was the first one to open the gospel to the gentiles, as Peter explicitly mentions in Acts 15:7 that the first time the gentiles heard the word of the gospel was when he preached to them, and this refers back to Acts 10:45, which is chronologically after Acts 8. Hence, the Ethiopian eunuch who converted in Acts 8 could not have been a gentile, as they were first converted according to Peter in Acts 10:45.
Furthermore, we see in the Old Testament that the queen of Sheba came from the same place. Sheba is equal to the "Sabean" kingdom. Sabeans are also mentioned under that spelling, several times in the KJV, and they are clearly located in the same region. But we know that the ancient Sabean kingdom existed in modern-day Yemen, not modern-day Ethiopia. Hence, the wife that Moses took came from that land in Arabia, which is connected by the Red Sea to Egypt, rather than the horn of Africa. Furthermore, although this is not related to the rest of the argument, in ancient times the population groups living in the horn of Africa itself were different than they are today.
Jeremiah 13:23 does not actually say what color the skin of the Ethiopian or Cus—e was. However, even if it did say it was black, that would not affect the above, because if you look in Song of Solomon 1:6, it says clearly that "black skin" as they called it, resulted from being exposed to the sun. In other words, heavily tanned skin (as would result from living in Yemen, which is incredibly sunny) was "black" to them. It was a condition obtainable by being out in the sun too much.
At the end of the day, trying to use Numbers 12 to argue this really is a square peg in a round hole. There are plenty of better references to use than this.
I say all this further because if you do not want to support inbreeding, there is another phenomenon in genetics called "outbreeding" that few outside of the scientific community are aware or talk about. It results in similar genetic problems over multi-generations. Starting with the first generation, the children of outbreeding will not be able to receive bone marrow transplants and other things because of the genetic differences in their parents.
Ex:
LTA4H, or gleukotriene A4 hydrolaseh is found on chromosome 17. An allele of this gene increases the risk of heart attack (the #1 cause of death in America) in Blacks by more than 250%, but only 16% in Whites. The 30% of Whites with this allele have counteracting genes, while the 6% of Black Americans who obtained it (through outbreeding) do not.

"Compared to organ transplants, bone marrow donations need to be even more genetically similar to their recipients. Since all the immune system's cells come from bone marrow, a transplant essentially introduces a new immune system to a person. Without genetic similarity between the donor and the patient, the new white blood cells will attack the host body."

There are several genetic mechanisms which may cause outbreeding depression:
–Two identical alleles at the same locus can in some cases be the alternative with the highest fitness ("homozygote advantage"/"underdominance"). This is the opposite of the effect which for other loci causes inbreeding depression.
–Disruption of beneficial, synergistic interactions between loci ("coadapted gene complexes"). This is a more important cause of outbreeding depression than homozygote advantage. This effect is partly insidious since it will likely increase in strength over future generations as new genetic recombinations in each new generation break increasing numbers of such beneficial interactions.
