In order to obtain heaven you have to have faith, be obedient to the LORD and take up your cross.

Remember, the LORD stumbled 3 times bearing the cross for us. Saint Simon of Cyrene helped to bear the cross when Jesus alone could not

Everyone has cross. Although we can go out of our way to do more penances and its a good thing since Jesus says fasting is efficacious, if we properly fulfil the duties of our circumstance in life without complaining its already doing Gods' will and carrying the cross since we live in a fallen world where we have to toil and be diseased and hated, etc.

From about 5 or so I had a very strong sexual appetite. Eventually I became addicted to porn and masturbation. I gave it all up. I gave up being angry too.
