Is apocalypse return to genesis? Abrahamic time is both cyclical and linear?? (I am Japanese Buddhist/Shinto studying your religions)

Pretty sure Shinto is purely pagan.

Not a return but a continuation, in genesis we had the proto-gospel with the woman's seed battling the serpent's seed. In Revelation we have more scenes of that ongoing event.
The woman's seed is not just Jesus, its all the children of light who are called to emulate His suffering and His victory.
"Now if we are children, then we are heirs–heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory."

The word Apocalypse means 'End of Days". At the apocalypse the world will be utterly destroyed and then reborn into a perfect everlasting world directly ruled by God.

FALSE! Apocalypse (ᾰποκᾰλῠψῐς) means "uncovering". Thus, the Revelation (apocolypse) of Jesus Christ given to John means Jesus let John get a peak behind the scenes in heaven about what will happen.
However, to answer OP's question, the Bible is all about history basically coming to Jesus' Crucifixion, and then moving backwards from there. Is it any coincidence that 2000 years BEFORE the incarnation, the tower of Babel was a globalist effort to overturn God?

There is no biblical backing for the theory of cyclical history.
Buddhism and Shintoism are doctrines of whims and not worth your time white guy.
