Christianity is OK, but be sure that one not is in cooperation w/ evil

there is scripture in Christian bible which rallies the reader to the side of 'authority', saying that you must obey 'authority' and many will infer this to mean their personal perception of authority at this or that point in time or in some situation

This could be the Ancient Romans decieving you

there are many nuances like these found in the Bible which could lead the reader off the path of virtue and into the path of wickedness, which the religion might try to justify (such as persecuting homosexuals or women)

Fag persecution is commanded by God in Leviticus 20:13, and there are no two ways about it if you believe in the Bible. As for the persecution of women, I've never heard of it taking place, nor being argued for, nor being justified in the Bible.
