John 8

1 And Jesus went unto mount Olivet.

2 And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came to him, and sitting down he taught them.

3 And the scribes and the Pharisees bring unto him a woman taken in adultery: and they set her in the midst,

4 And said to him: Master, this woman was even now taken in adultery.

5 Now Moses in the law commanded us to stone such a one. But what sayest thou?

6 And this they said tempting him, that they might accuse him. But Jesus bowing himself down, wrote with his finger on the ground.

7 When therefore they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said to them: He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

8 And again stooping down, he wrote on the ground.

9 But they hearing this, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest. And Jesus alone remained, and the woman standing in the midst.

10 Then Jesus lifting up himself, said to her: Woman, where are they that accused thee? Hath no man condemned thee?

11 Who said: No man, Lord. And Jesus said: Neither will I condemn thee. Go, and now sin no more.

Pope Francis

"Your prostitution business failed? Here's some money from the hard working faithful."

Where is the repenting of sin? This isn't helping them achieve heaven, this is enabling sin.

A Pope shouldn't be just giving money to prostitutes.

Minister to them, yes. Tell them to sin no more, yes. Train them for honest work, yes.

Why not? He's not a Christian. He denies Christ and the Word of God.

If what you say is true, Jorge Bergoglio is not the Pope.

It's a logic thing.

Popes can't have committed the sin of heresy, but they do commit other sins.

Strongly disagree. Honorius was condemned as a heretic by the 6th Ecumenical Council. Not for teaching heresy, but for simply tolerating it. The fact that his condemnation came after his death is irrelevant to the claim that he cannot be a heretic, especially when an ecumenical council infallibly condemned him as such. Also since it's always popular to claim that it somehow doesn't make him a heretic, here's the quote:

http://www.legionofmarytidewater.com/faith/ECUM06.HTM

>But since from the first, the contriver of evil did not rest, finding an accomplice in the serpent and through him bringing upon human nature the poisoned dart of death, so too now he has found instruments suited to his own purpose—namely … and further Honorius, who was pope of elder Rome, … — and has not been idle in raising through them obstacles of error against the full body of the church sowing with novel speech among the orthodox people the heresy of … leading from there to the blasphemous conclusion that his rationally animate flesh is without a will and a principle of action.

Going by the earth goddess stuff alone Georgie is a manifest heretic and public idolater regardless of who will accept the reality in front of all our faces.

This is just one simple reason out of many why I cannot accept your ecclesiology. Vatican I is considered ecumenical and hence MUST be infallible. Popes have been practicing apostasy and heresy publicly for a long time. Vatican I says this is impossible and hence cannot be true, so by extension Roman Catholicism cannot be true.

You can't get out by dismissing Georgie as a heretic who hasn't been formally condemned yet but lost his office automatically on apostasy since Vatican I requires there to always be a pope until the end of time and the naughty acts have been going on for too long (see Assisi) for there to even still exist a valid mechanism for electing a pope if we were to start applying that standard.

Even boomers in Jesus' day were the biggest sinners.

Papism has a way of taking any possible situation and reinterpreting it. The unavoidable problem is that none of their claims have anything to do with the Bible. So, I'm sure you can find plenty of possible headcanon that's made for explaining any possible situation. Those other popes weren't the real ones, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if future papists hold a completely different line of popes that doesn't include what the majority choose today. As all they have to do is retroactively redefine what it means to "really" be in the line of succession, which they are free to do at any time. The crowd can choose whatever manmade authority it wants, because none of it is contained in the Bible.

Current pope has said atheists go to heaven based on their good works. He has denied Jesus and the Bible.
