Earth can be perceived as a reflection, a broken image, of Heaven.
Like trying to look at yourself through the ripples of your reflection in a pond.
You ask if there are video games in heaven, I think those who experience heaven won't ever consider even wanting to play video games.
Secondly, if death, destruction, murder, theft, griefing, objectification, lust, vile revelling, and other such practices, are not to be found in heaven, then it would rule out the majority of the video games we experience today.
As much as video games are nice and distracting, I don't think, should you enter heaven, you will ever want to play any, at least not the ones we are used to today.
And I sometimes think about this, if music will be perfect in heaven, and we would be able to remember what kind of music we listened to here on earth in this time, how it doesn't compare to one another.
