I'm in Mobile Alabama which has several libraries. The Witnesses are at all of them. It was the Chickasaw ruling which is a nearby by town that gave them the right to set up their literature on a public sidewalk. They use a combination of sidewalks and library grounds. At only one location are they a nuisance. They set up right in front of the glass which is where the chairs and electrical outlets are. I can hear them talk in addition some of them can't sit still and I get their reflection moving back and forth on my screen. This particular location is private property the library rents space and the owner has every right to run them off. There are other distractions for example there are 20 latch key children who hang around the library after school. They have knock my laptop out of my hands twice in a month. I just want the witnesses to move down the sidewalk perhaps to the laundry mat or the drug addict clinic with out me being viewed as the devil. If I showed up at a Kingdom Hall and set up a stand and talked about physics I would be arrested.

This wouldn't be a problem in an ancap society with no "public" government property

Ask them if a worker deserves his wage and if Paul was paid, why can't they be? Then as they answer, tell them their answer is as much nonsense as their misinterpretation of John 1 and walk away.
Bonus points if you do all this while they're talking to someone.
