The dust thrown up by your fall blinds and disorients you, and you have thoughts which rob you of your peace.
—Have you sought relief in tears by the side of Our Lord, and in confident conversation with a brother?
(from St. Josemaria Escriva's "Furrow")
God knows your weakness and wants to help you. Don't give into that false kind of shame that makes you want to distance yourself from God, holy things, etc… this is a trick of the devil to keep you wallowing in your sin. It's good to feel shame, but bring it to Christ (in prayer now, and in confession as soon as you can make it). Shame won't do anything for you without His support.
As far as reparation goes, you might consider giving up meat, sweet foods, etc a few days a week, or even taking up a day of fasting. Don't go too crazy with this if you don't have a spiritual director. Another good one is to shift your wake up time earlier and use that time for prayer, getting out of bed immediately. These kinds of penances are great because sloth and gluttony both feed into lust, so not only are you making reparation, but you're also helping avoid future sin.
God bless you, anon. I'll pray for you.
