You're confusing tactical analysis of a situation for moral judgement. Obviously murdering your own child is morally wrong, even for blacks, but since the practice of abortion is (via analysis of ethnic population ratio) a net gain for whites (and therefore traditional morals in the western world, don't kid yourself) it makes no sense to expend the very limited political capital of nationalists on ending abortion immediately. A lasting victory means getting basically everything you want including: abolishing (or at least neutering) usury, explicit acceptance and promotion of Christianity, a coherent home, public, and spiritual life, explicit celebration of your unique people and their culture, AND the abolishment of preborn infant murder. To endanger victory for a short term prohibition on abortion is tactically foolish, since a loss means it will shortly be re-instituted anyway.

Eugenics via infanticide is the eugenics of a sterile and morally bankrupt society not long for this world, merely encouraging and supporting productive people rather than the parasitical dregs of society in being fertile and creating a family is eugenic (an easy example is big tax breaks for children: productive families keep more of their well earned pay, social parasites see no benefit). Non-coercive eugenics is obviously desirable while also being completely compatible with faith and morals.
