how do I stop lusting after women whom are dating or married? there are atleast three women at my church who are dating or married, everytime I look at them I get filled with lustful, degenerate, adulterous thoughts.

just don't look at them. I do the same thing so I just don't look. It's hard because even seeing an ass in the corner of your eye is enough and you can't squint so you have tunnel vision or close your eyes like a weirdo the whole entire mass. I also don't associate with anyone. I sit as far away from people as I can and I don't even park at the church parking lot. I'm winnie the poohed in the head and I don't belong but I have to go so I just try to stay out of their way. Just accept that you're a pariah and that single young men are hated and seen as predators no matter what and you won't even want to look at them.

Stop watching anime. It is a waste of time. Use the time you spend watching anime to instead read books about your faith and pray. Prayer is a great tool to not only center your mind around God but to also scare off any lustful spirits that torment you praying the rosary daily has helped me alot with this. When you are at Church and notice yourself staring at the women there in lust, turn your gaze to the cross and start praying to keep you mind off of it.

The question you should be asking yourself is why are you enslaved to unfruitful and self destructive lust, instead of directing it towards procreation? I mean how much meaningless sex do you need, before listening to the call of nature? Lust is just temptation luring you towards death.
