I have not checked the catalog for I do not know how to word this. For much of my life I have been an atheist, with the only exception being my childhood. Somewhere during my teen years I had lost my faith. Over the past year, I had realised that I was a better and happier person back then. I sincerely want to become a Christian, yet their is a seed of doubt clouding my judgement, but whenever I contemplate my faith I doubt God and myself. Perhaps it's an atheist remnant or something else, but either way I want to change. How do I truly accept God again?

Receive the sacrament of confession pray the rosary daily and if you still have some doubts in your head/heart about God’s existence read some christian apologetics including the proofs of Saint Thomas Aquinas.

Well, I don't know how we can help you. If you want God, you sorta have to go find him; pray, read the Bible, read commentaries when you don't understand, and basically enjoy the journey.

The most effective thing that makes you a Christian is to nose the local churches and just look how they look inside, especially if you live in some old European town like me, and especially read the bible

What made me personally truly Christian was after some reading of the first book of Moses, I went to the new testament to really find out what is going on and I read Matthew 2:16-18 and compared that to that writing that was made hundred and thousands of years ago in Jesaja 31:15 and 1 Moses 35:19 and then it struck methat this actually happened, and that this part of the bible and that part of the bible was actually a divine revelation if anything
