Regarding end times. There are several prophesies that leave no doubt as to where we are in the stream of time. I will only put one here now, the shortest and simplest, and check back to see if anyone wants more.
Revelation 17: 9-10
"“This calls for a mind that has wisdom: The seven heads mean seven mountains, where the woman sits on top. And there are seven kings: Five have fallen, one is, and the other has not yet arrived; but when he does arrive, he must remain a short while."
John the received Revelation vision probably around 96 CE while he was in exile on Patmos during the rule of Rome.
Which means the five kings that had already fallen (or come and gone) are:
EGYPT
ASSYRIA
BABYLON
MEDO-PERSIA
GREECE
(these are backed up and verified by the Daniel statue prophecy. Thats how we know)
So, the king that IS would be the one ruling when the vision was given him which is ROME.
That leaves only one left before the end comes…who was the next big world power after ROME fell and split up?
The UNITED STATES/w the UK.
Thats it. There are no more. We are living in the time that the bible says this is going to happen.
“In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed. And this kingdom will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it alone will stand forever."
Daniel 2:44
So all the kingdoms or governments are going to be done away with and God is going to set up his own. We also know this…
"Why are the nations agitatedAnd the peoples muttering an empty thing?
The kings of the earth take their stand And high officials gather together as one Against Jehovah and against his anointed one.
They say: “Let us tear off their shackles And throw off their ropes!” The One enthroned in the heavens will laugh; Jehovah will scoff at them. At that time he will speak to them in his anger And terrify them in his burning anger, Saying: “I myself have installed my king On Zion, my holy mountain.”
Which means, if you are aligning yourself with a human government at this time, you are aligning yourself against God kingdom.
Jesus said to be no part of the world. Just like he told Pilate in John 18:36
"Jesus answered: “My Kingdom is no part of this world. If my Kingdom were part of this world, my attendants would have fought that I should not be handed over to the Jews. But as it is, my Kingdom is not from this source."
This is what he meant when he prayed in John 17:16
"They are no part of the world, just as I am no part of the world"
Everyone should be unattaching themselves to the human governments right now. That is not where you want to be. It is time to take a position of neutrality and remove yourself from them.
They are about to go down soon.
