If you love her, get married. Is impracticality in a modern society a bigger threat than eternal torment? You two can legally get married by the state, and therefore by the Church.

If you're old enough to be sacramentally married, you're old enough to be civilly married. There's no weaselly thing you can do here. You need to really examine what this relationship means to you and get serious about your spiritual life. If you really love this girl and you feel that you are called to marriage, you should marry her as long as you are both serious about your faith. If you aren't both on board with chastity and marriage, then maybe there is an immaturity at work here and it would be better to be separated for a while for the sake of spiritual growth. If you guys are co-habitating it needs to stop, period.

You both should sit down for a visit with your priest to discuss this. This behavior will destroy your relationship before you even get a chance to marry if you don't put your foot down and commit to changing things, ideally with the help of your spiritual director. If you really love this girl, you need to love her enough to refrain from continuing in this state of spiritual destruction, for otherwise you betray your feelings to truly be lust or infatuation and not actual love. Get serious and pray about it.

1) Repent, pray, dump her and move on.

2) Repent, pray, realize that marrying her would solve all your problems and that old enough for sex = old enough for marriage.

3) Repent, pray but still keep trying to be celibate in an already point-break relationship because you fell for the trap of (((premarital sex in a relationship))) AND be an official Bith-Ass-Nibba™ because you can't even make a single final decision in your life.

You have to repent; sex is not a venture of pleasure, it is the second step of being fruitful (the first being marriage). Seeking the pleasures of flesh can destroy your relationship, either you or your girlfriend will get tired of the sinful behavior and either move on, or worse, descend into a downward spiral of degeneracy. If you truly do love her, you must accept the fact you have to marry her and only perform sexual acts with the intent of having a child. Besides, if there is something I learned when I was younger, it's that a woman's physical beauty will always wither since that beauty is temporary, it's best not to dwell on it or go after women solely on their looks or sex appeal because time will take it's toll eventually. You have to have your kids young because that's the most fertile time in your livelihood, true love doesn't come from the acts of sex either, but the fact you put away the temporary thoughts and feelings of artificial love to be rewarded with true love.
