I am in a long-term relationship, and live together and have sex occasionally. However we are not married. I've recently came to Christ, and am aware that I live in sin. Should I just break up? Also she is a devout atheist and it's come to a point

If you love each other and are willing to work on whatever troubles you together, then you should be fine. Talk about it, be real with each other. Perhaps she'll come around; my girlfriend and I have been dating for over a year now and she used to be more a cultural Catholic and hardly practiced, now she looks forward to going to mass and has grown in her faith, all I did was tell her what was what and invited her along every now and then.
