In other words, you ALWAYS have the spiritual weapons to fight and resist against sin, and you have God to thanks for that. Do not believe protestant coping-lies ! You can resist sin, you can try to emulate Jesus-Christ, try to be as close to him as possible. Of course, it is very hard, and you will know failures during your journey, but ask forgiveness and repentance, and you'll be able to live one of the purest lives you can.
