The name Jehovah (יֲהֹוָה) it's a mistake made from the Hebrew text where it said YHWH (יהוה) and since the pronounciation for the word was lost people didn't want to mispronounce it so they put the niqqud of adonai(אֲדֹנָי), My Lords, so people would remember to say that instead of just guessing on how to pronounce YHWH
