The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

the mods here are shining examples of everything that's wrong with Christianity. They are arrogant pharisees that demand obedience to their errors and refuse to allow anything of the spirit to actually enter this place. this place gets very litle traffic because the arrogant hypocrites moderating it have turned it into a reddit outpost.

No censorship at >>>/christianity/

No censorship but you literally allow Satanists among you - you allow wolves onto your board.

I've been at odds with the mods here before but they typically seem fair (and Catholic).

/christian/ might be slow and also accept saturnalia (Christmas) as a day of worship for Jesus Christ's birth - I don't agree - but I've learned to keep my mouth shut to keep peace among my brothers and sisters.

I appreciate how charitable you are, but I disagree with the saturnalia quote.

>They are arrogant pharisees that demand obedience to their errors and refuse to allow anything of the spirit to actually enter this place

Define "anything of the spirit".

I may be just out of place here, but this isn't your general reddit hughouse where your agnostic and blasphemic point of views will be widely accepted.

>this place gets very little traffic because…

yeah right, I can sniff exactly where you came from.

No-one is forcing you to be here.

>accept saturnalia (Christmas) as a day of worship for Jesus Christ's birth

First, every day is a day of worship of Jesus's Christ's birth and later his resurrection. Second, you're flying in the face of what the Church has done for 2000 years. So excuse us if we'd rather listen to our ancestor's teaching on this than your prot nonsense.

Please educate yourself, and stop believing Newish subversion immediately.

Christ was conceived on March 25th, being the day of the year in which the Passover lamb was selected, and was born 9 months later, on December 25th.

The Saturnalia ran from December 17th to 23rd, and the “Festival of the Unconquered Sun” was not celebrated on December 25th until the year 274 AD. The idea that Christmas is pagan is pure contrarianism and Zeitgeist-tier fedora-tipping.

Also important to note that aforementioned Unconquered Sun festival postdates the calculations showing Christ's birth as on December 25.
