Also, make sure to understand that porn is the worst thing, and if you're really feeling lust and you must fap, at least do it without porn.

You will notice that you get a relief, but not nearly as strong as of when watching porn, a lot of the dopamine release comes just from browsing seeing those thumbnails, and then your brain goes numb.

A lot of nofappers will notice this, they will feel the drawl to watch some porn even without masturbating, and that's exactly what you want to avoid, with time rewiring your brain not to crave it anymore, and then solo masturbation is much easier to deal with.
