Most all very attractive people in media nowadays are heavily doctored post filming, have specific lighting and angles used to make them more flattering, have tons of makeup and or plastic surgery, or any combination of the above. I don't think it's good because it portrays a false and oftentimes impossible standard of beauty that leads to people chasing the dragon trying to achieve it to feel satisfied, which is a real convenient way for corporations to sell more product.

I remember seeing on TV some random movie from India and everytime someone smoked a there was a written warning telling people smoking was bad for health.

Something similar could be done about this if really needed but the media will never do it because their prime objective is to make people sin and sex is the best way to make them sin.
