Should I utilize it for doing good? Or simply have myself become empty and live in some sort of stoic silence? Even then how would I?

And also about any advise you might have about some general things that I could take care of to come closer to Christ would be great.

The same way you deal with lusting over a thicc girl with big tatas. Just imagine her aging, her skin getting wrinkly, her hair thinning, her teeth falling out, her foul odors, then inevitable death and her gelatinous corpse decaying, being eaten by worms, being turned to mush, turning back into dust.

Lust sees only what it wants to see and what is convenient. Similarly your pride only sees partially, not fully.

Similarly you may be proud of your intelligence or strength or looks but all these will fade and crumble with time and your physical form will be reduced to dust like the thicc girl with big tatas. So what is there to be proud of?

Maybe your good deeds?

Who deserves credit for the good, you or the ultimate source of Good who created you and gave you the powers and opportunities to act? Are your deeds really good or are they tainted by selfishness and bad expecations and ignorance? Who knows?

It's easier to be humble than proud. Pride gets hurt by criticism and attack, like a wall, humility takes everything on gladly like water, it flows around everything easily.

2)Remember that you are a sinner. Think about yourself as you were the cause of all sins in the world. Also as black stain on clean cloth is more visible, more close you become to God, more should you note your sins.
