Just an Eastern European trying to find his way from Zen back to Orthodoxy. Last six months have been tough now that I've ditched zazen for prayer. Can I still keep meditation? I feel that my life has strayed away from God without it.

Read "The cloud of unknowing" It's a great book. there's a good pdf of a modern translation online on libgen.io (penguin classics)
