How do you respond to this stuff? I keep hearing it online.

On the one hand it's kind of true, since anyone can seek and find God even people who have never heard of Christ, and they can be saved too.

All the religions are mutually exclusive as they all contradict each other. So at most, one of them can be true. Some people like to say that each religion only has part of the truth, like in that old story about the blind men feeling the elephant. But that doesn't really make sense, as if God revealed himself to man, why would he give each group a little bit of truth mixed with a lot of lies? If you accept that every religion is wrong about many things, why would you believe any of them were divinely inspired?
