Anyone know about the Chinese Patriotic Catholic Association? I have a few questions about them

1. Are they orthodox theologically?

2. Do they have apostolic succession or are they just LARPing?

3. Are their sacraments valid?

4. How much are they controlled by the Chinese government?

5. How much do they contribute to the growth of modern Chinese Christendom? Is it all evangelical, or are they growing too?

Nonetheless, the Holy See distinguishes between the Church in China and the CPCA as such, and since the 1980s has recognized nearly all CPCA-appointed bishops as legitimate and in full communion with the Catholic Church, albeit on an individual basis.
