>slavery
It's not immoral because human freedom and human goodness aren't attained by "doing what you want, when you want" but instead are attained by conforming to the good. A peasant, slave, hobo, soldier, accountant or duke can all conform to the good and live righteously, despite their earthly limitations and seemingly "oppressive" social relations.
Slavery is not inherently immoral, the relationship is neutral, just like being forced to go to school as a child is not inherently immoral. Whether the master and slave behave morally is another question.
>marital rape
actual marital rape is immoral, since whoever is doing the raping is using the other as a means to further their lust, and dehumanizing the other.
But marriage comes with duty, so giving up your body to your partner is part of your duty, even if you don't always feel like it. That isn't rape, that's just doing an obligation. But if actual violence and coercion get involved then it's immoral.
