I was the same about two years ago when I came back to the church, just go to Sunday mass, no one will mistreat you because you are knew quite the contrary, parishes are usually welcoming of new faces.

If you don't wan't to go alone, call your parents of relatives to go with you assuming you have a Catholic family.
